1. Controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR is:

Patrick Weber
Email: contact@mayson12381.com

Additional information about the responsible party can be found in the Legal Notice.

2. Hosting and Provision of the Website

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (“Vercel”). When the website is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary data on our behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR), in particular:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • Requested URL and HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred
  • User agent (browser and operating system information)
  • Referrer URL

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a stable, secure, and functional web service). A Data Processing Addendum is in place with Vercel. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Vercel participates, supplemented by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Cookies and Consent

We only use cookies that are technically necessary for the website to function, and — only with your explicit consent — cookies and comparable technologies for reach measurement. To store your consent decision, we use a cookie named mayson_consent (lifetime: 6 months). The legal basis for strictly necessary cookies is § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; for non-essential cookies it is § 25 (1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future:

4. Reach Measurement: Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights

With your consent, we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., USA). These services collect anonymized or pseudonymous usage data (including visited pages, referrer, device and browser type, approximate geographic region based on IP, load times, and performance metrics) to measure and improve the reach and performance of our website. According to the provider, IP addresses are hashed and not permanently stored.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG (consent). These scripts are loaded only after your consent.

More information: vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy.

5. Fonts (next/font)

We use fonts from Google Fonts (Inter, Rajdhani, JetBrains Mono). These are downloaded at build time via the Next.js framework and served from our own server (or the Vercel CDN). No connection to Google servers is made when the page is loaded, and no IP addresses are transmitted to Google.

6. Contacting Us

When you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (email address, content of the message, and, if applicable, your name) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual / contractual) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. External Links (Social Media)

In the footer and the mobile menu we link to external profiles (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X). A connection to the respective provider is only established when you click one of these links, and personal data may then be transmitted to that provider. We have no influence over the nature and scope of this processing. Please refer to the privacy notices of the respective providers.

8. Your Rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the following rights:

  • Right to information about the data processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to withdraw consent given with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

To exercise your rights, an informal email to contact@mayson12381.com is sufficient.

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR). In Germany, the competent authority is the relevant state data protection authority.

10. Retention Period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Server log data is generally anonymized or deleted no later than 30 days after collection.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to adapt this Privacy Policy so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services. The new Privacy Policy will apply to your next visit.
